I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Board-Certified Counselor. I am passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and Seniors. I use an integrative approach to meet individual needs and use techniques from various methods such as CBT, DBT, Expressive Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization, and Reprocessing.
I work with a wide range of behavioral and mental health issues, including oppositional defiance, disruptive impulse, behavioral challenges, developing coping skills, school challenges, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and family difficulties.
