My therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and systems-oriented therapy. As a clinician, I focused on enriching my skills by developing an outcome-driven practices to assist my clients with their desired goals.
I have over 20 years of experience in working with individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, family and relationship issues, career changes/stress, and other life experiences. I have a passion for helping others identify ways in which they can make changes in their life to live more congruently with their values.
I work collaboratively with clients to build upon their strengths and cater treatment objectives to enhance those strengths.
