I have been helping women heal from binge eating and bulimia since 2005. It is my mission in life to help women find inner peace, get out of the cycle of self-hatred and cultivate a positive relationship both with themselves and with the people around them.

I am the author of Reclaiming Yourself From Binge Eating: A Step-by-Step Guide to Healing and the founder of bingeeatingtherapy.com - an online community to help women heal from binge eating and bulimia. I work with hypnotherapy, mindfulness, meditation as well as mindful self-compassion and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
