I have been helping women heal from binge eating and bulimia since 2005. It is my mission in life to help women find inner peace, get out of the cycle of self-hatred and cultivate a positive relationship both with themselves and with the people around them.

I work with hypnotherapy, mindfulness, meditation as well as mindful self-compassion and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
