Our work draws on proven approaches like CBT, DBT, and EMDR, alongside trauma-informed care and skills for building safety, and a look at the root issues shaping your patterns. My work has taken me from community mental health to college campuses to the front lines of crisis response, always centered on helping people feel secure.
