| español The issues on spirituality, mental health and psychology are part of my practice and interests. The frames I use are Psychodynamic and Tibetan Buddhism. How to overcome psychological conditioning and personal narratives that are too extreme and unrealistic. Many times some people find themselves in situations that aggravate their emotional pain, no way out but rather than look inside of themselves look out there, hoping that their live will change.
I work with people who feel that emotional neglect, dysfunctional family relationships and fear of change take away meaning in their life. They feel unable to enjoy their best friend within. Isolation and despair are issues that have roots in many misconstructed personal narratives.
I have grown, learn and change through the years with the help of many wonderful teachers and life experiences. These insights and learnings I bring into my work and in every contact I have with people who come to see me.
