Our mental health is usually not where it should be on our long list of priorities in our busy lives. I’ve known early on that my passion is to provide individuals as well as couples unconditional support in a non-judgemental environment where achieving emotional relief is our common goal. I like working with individuals/couples struggling with anxiety, depression, and looking to heal from traumas that continue to impact them and their relationships.
