I am a Marriage and Family Therapist I have been helping people for almost two decades to build confidence, improve self-esteem, build new coping skills, and open their lives to new possibilities. In our first session together, we can explore the stressors and symptoms that lead you to choose therapy and collaborate on goals to help you make changes. With a Person-Centered approach as well as utilizing CBT and mindfulness we can explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and look at your strengths and ways you may want to change.
