Groups
Women Surviving &Thriving Divorce Skills & Support
We will focus on skills of mindfulness skills, practice relaxation techniques, guided imagery, and more. Discuss issues of Probate Court, stressors, learning coping skills, distress tolerance, to utilize in the moment and maintain your strength and focus. Art and Expressive Therapies are incorporated to express emotions, create vision of your future as you survive and thrive. Group format: first half skills and practice second half group Support. Group meets once a week for 8 weeks. Evening or day sessions available 6:30-8:00 or 10:00-11:30, days to be determined, Fee $400, insurance not accepted for groups.
