I believe you are the expert of your own life, I am just there for support. I also believe you are capable of taking control of your life with the strengths you bring. My job is to identify those strengths and support you along the process of achieving and practicing wellness.
My own personal experiences with anxiety and depression also give me a deeper understanding of what it’s truly like to feel like you’re at rock bottom. My story gives me motivation to help others and encourage them along their own journeys.
