I have special interest in Student Athletes with Depression/Anxiety, Veterans with PTSD/negative military experiences, African Americans and Mental Health.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression/PTSD/Anger Management/ Anxiety. I am a Certified Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist/Qualified Cognitive Processing Therapy Provider. Have substantial training in Motivational Interviewing/Whole Health/ Wellness Recovery Action Planning/Seeking Safety Groups for Substance Abuse and PTSD.

My treatment philosophy and beliefs are in line with the National Association of Social Worker Code of Ethics; primary responsibility is to promote the well-being of clients, treat each person in a caring/respectful fashion, mindful of individual differences/cultural and ethnic diversity.
