The road of life is like a journey that sometimes has speedbumps. Inevitably, when we keep traveling we can wear down. Counseling and therapy are like the pit stops to fix or replace what has been broken. Supporting individuals in their life journey is what I offer, where persons are able to evaluate, try new things, and receive encouragement toward making change. After all, counseling is the process of change. I am also trained in pastoral counseling and offer support to boost emotional and spiritual well-being.
Through my private practice, Clinical Counseling Services, LLC, I have over fifteen years of counseling experience, I have clinical training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy with techniques and strategies to support a person's courage and/or change. I am fluent in American Sign Language (native fluency) and in English.
