Call today to join the Journey Group is a 12 -week group designed for men and women who suffer from substance dependence. The support and nurture that you will receive from each Journey group member allows for the opportunity to gain insight about self and others, examine core issues driving the addiction, and develop and practice new interpersonal skills and behaviors while relating in a safe, non-judgmental environment. A wide variety of topics will be discussed including thinking errors, managing stress and negative emotions, developing a positive lifestyle, navigating change, communication, triggers, relapse and coping skills.

Women in Recovery
Beginning in first week in February of 2022 weekly one and one half hour groups: Women in Recovery is a 8 -week group designed for women who have suffered trauma and can benefit from the support of others while putting the pieces together in a safe and confidential environment. Among other topics the group members will navigate through a deeper understanding of safety, self-soothing, boundaries, emotions, relationship conflict, self-defeating behaviors and self-care. Taking Back My LIfe
Beginning February 2 of 2022, Taking Back My Life is a 6 -week group for women who suffer from codependency. This group gives a way to navigate and heal from codependency. In a safe and supportive environment, the group members will explore together topics which include understanding the codependent mindset, unhealthy relationships, processing unresolved feelings and emotions, and learning to be responsible for self.
