My years of experience include issues such as grief and loss, i.e., death, divorce-relationship, job loss, loss of meaning in life, loss of health, etc. In the past years I have assisted clients with: complex trauma, depression, childhood emotional neglect, etc. I do not deal with severe mental health issues, domestic violence, or addictions.
I am easy to talk with and have an optimistic view of life. With a multitude of life experiences and intuitive skills, I'd love to talk with you about the things creating any disconnect from life, self, meaning or others, which may be the ultimate source of human unhappiness. I believe in unconditional positive regard and the healing power of kindness.
