I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and other evidenced-based treatments, to treat a variety of mental health concerns like depression, inattention/hyperactivity, adjustment to life transitions, workplace/school concerns, anxiety, anger, identity related concerns, relationship challenges, and grief/loss.
My goal is to validate your experiences and help you move toward identifying solutions that will allow you to live the life you desire. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space by respecting your journey, highlighting your personal strengths, incorporating your interests in treatment, and being authentic.
