My therapy practice is rooted in attachment theory and experiential therapy, with advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and sex therapy interventions. As a trauma-informed couples therapist, I work with all couples and relationship dynamics to help process trauma, heal from betrayal/infidelity, and repair attachment wounds.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ centered, trauma-informed, sex-positive, fat-positive and size neutral. I approach my work with Black, Indigenous, and People of Color with humility, collaboration, and a commitment to personal accountability. My practice is 100% virtual (Telehealth) and I provide therapy for all Washington state residents via HIPAA-compliant video.
