There are times in our lives when are at the top of the world with work and family. Then there are those times when we want to discuss something but cannot find the right words. Even though you have family there to support you, there is still some resistance on your part to pull others into your world. Well, as a therapist, my job is help you through those indecisive moments, rough conversations you avoid, and any concern that interrupts your daily life.
As we journey together, I will help you gain the control you think you lost but cannot see it right now because of the haziness in your life. I offer help with anxiety, anger management, depression, ADHD, behavior issues with aggression, grief counseling, relationship concerns, self-harming, coping skills, and codependency.
I have a wide range of experience and work with individuals, groups, families, couples, children and adults. I offer a sliding fee scale and have flexibility with some times.
