I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-focused Therapy to support client growth. As we dive deeper into therapy, you may find excitement from the new insights gained, and you may also feel challenged by the shift of moving beyond your comfort zone. I will be there to validate your experiences and support your healthy coping.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the Great Bethune Cookman University and a Master of Science in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from Walden University. More than 14 years of clinical and social service employment have given me experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families.
