Hi! I provide individual and family therapy for children, teens, and parents. Ive worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, trauma, ASD, and early psychosis. Ive also had significant experience supporting families and schools through the education and IEP system.
For children, I use child-centered play therapy as well as art/music-based interventions, experiential/nature-based therapy, mindfulness, and attachment work. Ive also had training in TF-CBT and DBT for teens and adults. I am also a certified practitioner of TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention) to support healthy and strong attachments in families!
I firmly believe that while therapy can be hard work, it should also be enjoyable, safe, and child-led. I work hard to meet children and families where they are and create an environment where all feel seen, valued, and heard. If you would like to learn more, please don't hesitate to reach out!
