My focus is helping individuals navigate anger management concerns, anxiety, trauma, and men’s issues with compassion, resilience, and accountability. I am especially passionate about supporting misunderstood or underserved populations, including those with limited emotional support or complex personal histories. I believe mental wellness is not simply the absence of symptoms, but the presence of self-awareness, balance, and internal strength.
