My ideal clients are looking for practical and biological approaches, such as why changing some routines around could improve their mood, while also digging into how their past trauma could impact their relationships and productivity.

I specialized initially in trauma for children that have been abused and translated those skills into adults (specifically veterans and first responders). I learned that some of the same techniques work with anxiety and panic, as we all have histories that impact our feelings.
