I pull from over ten years of professional experience working with clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have worked with all age groups and a variety of issues such as grief/loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. I also am a nurturing parenting facilitator and I am certified in play therapy/creative therapies.
I use empirically based treatment approaches (such as CBT, DBT, solution focused, MI) and meet clients where they are to help them get where they want to be and how they want to feel. Let me help you feel better and experience your life more fully. You matter.
