I am a Marriage, Family, Child Therapist who has over 35 years of experience. I work with individuals (adults and teenagers), couples and entire families. I have specialize in helping client's resolve relationship conflicts, addictions, and childhood/adult trauma. I help couples learn communication skills; how to listen and get the validation they desire. In addition, I work with issues concerning parenting styles, infidelity, separation, divorce and growing up in an alcoholic family.
I teach clients the following: how to attain better understanding of themselves; improve relationship skills; cope with depression and anxiety; manage anger, grief and depression; and how to resolve childhood and adult trauma.
