I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, relationship issues, life transitions, and the particular stress that comes with acculturation, immigration, and belonging. I also work with teens and families, supporting youth around school and peer and family relationships, and collaborating with parents and school systems.
My approach is relational and insight-oriented, meaning I'll work collaboratively with you to notice patterns and explore how past experiences may be shaping your present.
