Have you ever felt like a lion raised in a family of house cats? Like no matter how hard you tried, you just never seemed to fit? I work with adults navigating ADHD, autism, trauma, emotion dysregulation, anxiety, depression, executive dysfunction, and LGBTQIA+ identity. I also welcome those who have experienced trauma related to residential treatment settings or psychiatric hospitalizations. Together, we'll build self-understanding, strengthen distress tolerance, and find practical skills that actually work for your life.
I believe therapy should fit the person, not the other way around. I use DBT, CBT, and trauma-informed care to help you better understand yourself, regulate emotions, and build a life worth living. We'll process your past without staying stuck there, so you can be in the present and move toward the future you want.
Reaching out for therapy can be one of the hardest steps, especially if you've felt misunderstood or even hurt by past treatment.
