I specialize in working with highly sensitive and/or neurodivergent individuals and mothers navigating emotional and identity shifts. Many of my clients identify as Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) or have ADHD or autism and feel easily overwhelmed, overstimulated, or like they carry the emotional and mental load of everything around them. Earlier in my career I worked extensively with children, and over time I found myself increasingly drawn to supporting the mothers behind the scenes. Many of the women I work with are navigating matrescence—the psychological and emotional transition into motherhood.
I help clients notice unhelpful patterns and draw on their strengths to move toward a more grounded, fulfilling life through self-compassion and deep self-reflection. My approach blends person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and comfortable atmosphere by using empathy, validation, and compassion while also gently challenging you when it can lead to growth.
