I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I have a genuine passion for working with people that dates back to my teen years when I volunteered to work with children in foster care. I have worked with children, young adults, adults, and families. I specialize in treating ADHD, anger management, anxiety, autism, depression, domestic violence, DMDD, grief, and adjustment disorders.
I completed my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I utilize multiple treatment modalities ranging from Person-Centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy, motivational interviewing, talk therapy, and more.
I am confident that I can provide a safe, non-judgmental space to present and process past and current stressors, trauma, and concerns; this space allows room to identify root causes and develop skills to promote well-being.
