I take a whole-person approach to psychotherapy, grounded in the belief that true well-being comes from addressing the mind, body, and environment together. My work is collaborative and strengths-based, helping you navigate the obstacles that may be affecting your daily life. Together, we’ll explore your goals, build on your existing strengths, and develop personalized tools to support your growth and help you show up as your most authentic self.
My approach integrates biological, psychological, and social perspectives, and I work with individuals of all gender identities and sexual orientations in an affirming, inclusive space. I also bring a sex-positive lens to my work, supporting clients in exploring their sexual health, identity, and relationships without shame or judgment.
Before becoming a psychologist, I worked as a medical assistant at a local nonprofit clinic, where I had the privilege of serving a diverse community and supporting an LGBTQ+ clinic. That experience continues to inform my practice today—both in terms of my medical understanding and my relational, human-centered perspective.
