I am a certified perinatal & postpartum mental health counselor, Child-Parent Psychotherapist, experienced in identity exploration, and supporting parents navigate generational patterns, stress, and transitions. I use evidence-based interventions including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic processing, to support meaningful and lasting change.
