I am Advanced-trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and help clients process unresolved trauma, distressing experiences, and emotional patterns that may be keeping them "stuck" or impacting their present life.
I specialize in women’s mental health across the lifespan, including infertility, newly married and married life, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, parenting stress, work–life balance, stay-at-home motherhood, peri- and post-menopause, and identity changes that often accompany these stages.
I also specialize in using ART for performance anxiety, if you have an athlete that might be "stuck" and wants to continue growing or you get anxiety when presenting or speaking to large groups.
My therapeutic style is supportive and tailored to each client’s needs, with a strong emphasis on safety, trust, and long-term emotional well-being.
