I work with many clients struggling with anxiety, low self esteem, grief, perfectionism and relationships that are no longer serving them. I offer a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental place, so that we can work together to process painful and traumatic emotions, navigate life-stressors, gain new insights, and take practical steps toward healthy self-acceptance. I specialize in treating trauma through an attachment and relational lens. I use evident-based treatments such as EMDR, IFS and mindfulness that allow for a holistic and collaborative approach to help my clients gain awareness and to cultivate change and deeper connection.

I work with adults, teens, couples and families struggling with anxiety, depression and PTSD. Whether it’s navigating relationships, parenthood, or career challenges, I am here to help you explore the cultural and familial stories that result in these barriers and to provide you with practical tools to help you foster growth and self trust.
