My work is collaborative and holistic, specializing in treating trauma through an attachment lens, using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, IFS, and mindfulness.

I work with adults, teens, couples and families struggling with anxiety, depression and PTSD. Whether it’s navigating relationships, parenthood, or career challenges, I am here to help you explore the cultural and familial stories that result in these barriers and to provide you with practical tools to help you foster growth and self trust.
