I use evident-based treatments such as EMDR, IFS and mindfulness that allow for a holistic and collaborative approach to help my clients gain awareness and to cultivate change and deeper connection.
I work with adults, teens, couples and families struggling with anxiety, depression and PTSD. Whether it’s navigating relationships, parenthood, or career challenges, I am here to help you explore the cultural and familial stories that result in these barriers and to provide you with practical tools to help you foster growth and self trust.
