I treat Anxiety, depression, lack of self-acceptance, and grief problems. I help with the management of anxiety symptoms and depression, helping you to develop coping skills to manage your every day. I help clients identify and challenge cognitive distortions and replace them with positive affirmations. I will teach some mindfulness meditation to help you when anxious & help you obtain a better understanding of your mental health to cope with your emotions.
I can help you heal by investing in understanding your patterns, returning to a relationship with all parts of yourself, and strengthening your capacities for feeling, regulation, and thoughtful action. I am honored to support you on this journey.
