I work with high-functioning professionals, teens, and adults to decode and integrate anger, shame, and stress, examining old scripts that no longer serve them. As a retired police officer, I specialize in frontline trauma/moral injuries and offer EMDR. I also provide sex-positive, trauma-informed care for those in alternative lifestyles and D/s dynamics.
