I'll use CBT with influences of DBT, ACT, and Psychodynamic Therapy to broaden your perspective with alternate possibilities and reroute unhealthy thoughts so that your thoughts can positively affect you. With Positive Psychology, we focus on strengths & good things in life. Mindfulness to relax and refocus. Energy/somatic work connects you to your body.
