My work is warm, relational, and grounded in attachment, neurobiology, mindfulness, expressive arts, somatic practices, narrative therapy, and play. We'll work toward understanding how your brain and nervous system work, honoring your strengths, and finding ways to thrive in environments and systems that weren't designed for your brain.
