My practice focuses on the resolution of internal conflict while finding peace through meaning, purpose and fulfillment. Resolve internal conflict with support and guidance rather than alone with your harsh internal critic. I treat clients with varying degrees of anxiety, depression, mood and motivational issues. Whether it is difficult relationships, parenting, grief, new careers or new experiences, let me help motivate you. In the spirit of football player Joe Paterno, we are never standing still, we are either improving or we are declining. I will facilitate your well being through logic, rational thought and understanding.
The secret to being mindful and conscious of our words, actions and thoughts is the questioning of our beliefs and values while understanding our subconscious motivations and instincts. Think, act and become in a way that is consistent with your values. Becoming mindful is one way that I train my clients to heal and grow to live an authentic life.
Let me help you make sense of things in a private setting. My practice on Fridays in Boston is in a comfortable and quiet suite in the heart of the Financial district accessible by train boat or bus. My practice in Hingham is conveniently located immediately off of route 3 in Hingham. I have evenings and early morning available.
