Hello and thanks for your time, attention and ultimately your courage and commitment to healing. We all need a little help sometimes. For nearly 20 years, I've been a therapeutic guide for my clients - often facilitating profound change and forward movement resulting in healthier, happier lives for themselves and those around them. I am both a deep and heart-centered listener; and an active and involved therapist.
