I am experienced and trained for couples therapy, trauma, depression, sadness, anxiety, tension, relationship problems, divorce, job stress, management of strong emotions, self-doubt, social shyness, addiction.
I work with couples struggling in their relationship, trauma, fears, and stress, individual adults, children, families, and groups. It will be an honor and a pleasure to work with you.
I provide treatment using EMDR for a current frightening or traumatic event, lifetime layering of trauma, daily stress, or the kind of hurts that happen to all of us through our lifetime, get stuck in us, and sometimes keep us stuck.
