I’m Leila, a person-centered, integrative, embodied, trauma-informed therapist supporting adults, adolescents, and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, ADHD, substance use, recovery of all kinds, relationship patterns, body image, or the impact of traumatic lived experiences—and want support that feels grounding, thoughtful, and human. Together, we slow things down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and build a stronger sense of self-trust, safety, and clarity.

My approach is warm and collaborative. I blend practical tools—such as mindfulness, skills-based strategies, centering techniques, and self-reflection—with deeper exploration of thoughts, emotions, and internal patterns. Sessions are paced intentionally and tailored to client's goals, supporting greater presence, connection, and resilience in daily life.
