I am an experienced therapist and supervisor with over 20 years in the field. I welcome the opportunity to get to know you and the unique challenges you are facing. I will work with you to determine how to prioritize your goals and optimize your daily coping skills. My warm, empathic approach takes into consideration the unique issues that come with your culture, ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation. My passion is helping older adolescents and young adults achieve the independence they strive for. I am also certified as a perinatal mental health therapist and support new mothers on their journey.
My approach involves interactive, insight oriented, supportive, empathic methods to guide toward life changes. I utilize some DBT skills for coping when necessary. I look to empower clients to make changes for themselves.
I value in person therapy and hold sessions during the morning and afternoon hours. Virtual therapy is an option as well. I am conveniently located in Florham Park, NJ. Parking lot is available on site. I look forward to working with you to build a life that aligns with your values.
