I have a deep passion for my work as a therapist. I’ll bring innovative ideas to our work together; I thrive on being creative, collaborative, and flexible. My approach is all about being affirmative, listening closely, and using empathy to truly understand what it's like to walk in your shoes. My work experience has entailed treating adolescents and adults with eating disorders, as well as individual mental health counseling and coaching on a range of issues. I've received training in many evidence-based treatments including EMDR, CBT, DBT, & ACT.
I am trained in both Family-Based Treatment and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy. It is my hope that you will gain a deeper understanding of your needs along with practicing evidenced based strategies. I aim to provide space to explore letting go of self-critical narratives.
