I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience in the field of mental health. I take great pride in being a witness to the healing process for individuals ages 12 & up. I specialize in bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions. As a queer, married mother and woman of color with lived experience managing the complexity of multiple identities, I am able to understand and appreciate the uniqueness of each individual. This, combined with my professional training, allows me to see each person as a unique individual with their own.
I completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at Widener University of PA. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic/narrative approaches, and solution-focused therapy, to engage each person in the process of change & personal growth.
