My approach is eclectic, trauma-informed, and thoughtfully integrative, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Relational Cultural Theory. I help you understand your inner world, strengthen emotional connection, and explore how relationships—past and present—shape who you are.
