If you’re used to holding everything together for everyone else, you may not have had space to process what you’ve been through. Whether you're navigating trauma from your childhood, relationships, or reproductive journey, it can feel overwhelming, disconnecting, and hard to put into words. You don’t have to carry that alone anymore.
I work with children, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma, including sexual abuse, domestic violence, abusive relationships, infertility, and reproductive trauma.
My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. With children, I use play and art therapy to help them express and process what they may not yet have words for. With teens and adults, I integrate approaches like Brainspotting, parts work (IFS), and skills from CBT and DBT to help you process experiences, understand patterns, and build tools.
I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel cold or clinical to be effective. It can be a space where you feel comfortable showing up as you are—where there’s room for honesty, growth, and even a little bit of humor along the way. My goal is to meet you where you’re at and walk alongside you as you begin to heal and reconnect with yourself.
