I am a licensed professional counselor and school psychologist. I work with preteens (11-12), teenagers, and adults with anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. I also work with preteens, teenagers and adults that have specific needs for executive functioning support, emotional self-regulation, and interpersonal relationship skill building. In addition to these services, I support adult victims of racial discrimination and treat racial trauma. I have extensive experience working with individuals who have been identified as being gifted and or having a disability. I cover the full gamut of individuals with exceptionalities.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship difficulty, emotional dysregulation, poor stress management, and executive functioning problems. My focus in therapy is to develop a transformative relationship where you can reclaim well-being with affirmation and acceptance.
I have been working in mental health for 24 years. I enjoy supporting individuals in reaching their full potential and truly having whole well being. I believe all individuals should have optimal health and well being. Mental health is truly my calling and I am passionate about the work.
