Our experiences, big and small, shape how we understand ourselves and relate to others. Sometimes challenging experiences leave us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. When that happens, it can be harder to be present, experience joy, or feel connected to ourselves and others. Even in the face of great challenges, I believe every person possesses the inner wisdom, strength, and resilience to heal, grow, and find fulfillment in their lives and relationships. My role is to help you reconnect with yourself so you can create meaningful, lasting change.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and relational space where you can slow down, explore what feels stuck, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and aligned. My approach integrates attachment theory, humanistic principles, and mindfulness-based somatic therapy. In my work with couples, I draw from the Gottman Method.
I’m committed to cultural humility and to creating a welcoming, inclusive space for all. Whether you’re navigating a life transition or a chronic illness, wanting more fulfilling relationships, or working through anxiety, depression, or self-doubt, I’d love to support you. Contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
