I work with people who want more than symptom relief, they want to show up more fully in their relationships, and feel anchor in their values, even when life is hard.
I offer evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, and ERP, tailored to each client’s needs. I use Socratic dialogue and existential exploration to foster insight and change. For OCD and trauma, I provide Exposure and Response Prevention and Prolonged Exposure in a supportive and client centered space.
