I believe that we are all capable of learning, healing, and growing in our relationships with self and with others, no matter where we have come from, and no matter where we may find ourselves in this moment. I currently work with individual adults on diverse issues including anxiety and depression, anger and emotion expression, relationship problems, communication skills, LGBTQIA+ and identity exploration, college/graduate school and work/life balance, career and life transitions, grief and loss, parenting challenges, divorce and co-parenting, and navigating family-of-origin relational dysfunction in adulthood.

I am an LPC. My approach as a clinician is person-centered, humanistic, family/systems-oriented, and attachment-informed. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, effective communication skills, and couples therapy (I do not currently provide couples or family counseling).

I look forward to offering you support and helping you reach your personal goals in a manner that clarifies and affirms your values, while also identifying some ways of thinking or coping that may no longer be helpful for you.
