When seeking out therapy, there are many things you may be feeling. I have supported women who have experienced postpartum, pregnancy, birth trauma, infertility and pregnancy loss as well as anxiety, depression or life changes. I have worked in trauma recovery with survivors of sexual or physical abuse, severe neglect and witness to violence. I am additionally trained in play therapy to utilize when working with children.
In therapy, I will provide a supportive and accepting environment to help you navigate all you have been through. Together, we will begin to unravel your thoughts, sensations and emotions. Tangible coping skills will be incorporated into every session. Healing can happen for you!
