You may be used to staying strong, pouring into others, and holding it all together, even when your own heart is tired. I especially support Black women and other women of color, along with first responders, educators, leaders, and helping professionals facing overwhelm, anxiety, grief, trauma, work stress, family stress, or stress related to race, identity, and belonging. I offer a warm, faith-centered, culturally responsive space where you can exhale, feel seen, and begin healing. Christian faith, prayer, and biblical encouragement can be included when desired.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. I use CBT, person-centered therapy, strengths-based approaches, Motivational Interviewing, empowerment-based care, and culturally responsive practices to support healing and meaningful change. When helpful, I also incorporate reflection and journaling to deepen insight and support growth.
In our first session, you will find a supportive space where you feel respected, heard, and safe to share your story. We will explore what brings you to therapy, what you are hoping for, and what healing could look like in this season of your life. Together, we will begin easing overwhelm and making room for clarity, healing, and peace.
