Having worked with diverse individuals in the mental health field, my strength lies in creating an open and attentive space for people to be their authentic selves. As an advocate first and therapist second, my priority is always supporting and amplifying the voices of those with complex needs. Working in the behavioral health field, I've seen the limitations and misunderstandings many people face concerning OCD. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD. We deeply understand the nuances and intricacies of OCD, enabling us to properly diagnose and treat it.
We have received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP), the gold standard treatment for OCD. When you start with NOCD Therapy, you’ll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues based on your preference and availability.
We’ll work to get to know you and create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. Plus, we offer support between sessions through direct messaging and a community of peers with OCD, ensuring you never feel alone. I look forward to working with you and helping you conquer your OCD.
